Phonetics and spoken English training

Access to services is granted upon full payment and is subject to availability and course schedule.

3. Registration & Account

Users must provide accurate and complete personal and academic details during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
Any misuse, unauthorised sharing, or fraudulent activity may lead to termination of your account without refund.

4. Payments & Pricing

Payments can be made through Razorpay using UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or international payment methods.
All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but not after you’ve made a confirmed payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund requests must follow our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee refunds once a course has been accessed or services rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, audio, text, logos, course materials, and software are the intellectual property of Lifestyle Training Centre®. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your login or misuse digital content in any form
Violate any local, national, or international laws

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship physical practice materials across India at no extra cost. Delivery timelines may vary by location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

Service delays due to technical issues or force majeure
Misinterpretation of learning outcomes or results
Loss of data due to user negligence

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 30 days.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Adoor, Kerala.
