Ms Cartwright has been suffering from non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus for the past 9 years. Her medication includes: Metformin/Diabex, 800mg, thrice a day and Amoxycillin/clavulanate/ Augmentin Duo Forte, 125mg orally, twice a day. After the completion of Antibiotic therapy/Augmentin Duo Forte, it has to be reviewed.
