2. Cancellation Terms
2.1 Digital Products (e.g., Online Courses, eBooks)
- You may cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no content has been accessed.
- After 48 hours or once content has been accessed, refunds are no longer eligible.
2.2 Physical Products (e.g., Printed Study Materials, Kits)
- You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
- Opened or damaged items are not eligible for refund.
2.3 Subscription Services (e.g., Live Classes, Coaching Plans)
- Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial refunds for an ongoing or completed cycle.
- If no classes have been attended within the first 7 days, a full refund may be issued upon request.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are offered only when the following conditions are met:
- Requests are submitted within the applicable window (48 hours for digital, 7 days for physical).
- For physical items, the product must be returned in original, undamaged condition.
- Digital content must not have been accessed (this includes viewing videos or downloading materials).

- Opened, damaged, or used physical products.
- Accessed or downloaded digital content.
- Customised or personalised orders.
- Processing and transaction fees.
5. Refund Procedure

- We will respond within 2–3 business days to verify eligibility and request additional documentation if needed.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Processing Fees
Any third-party transaction fees incurred (e.g., Razorpay, international gateways) are non-refundable.
