You may cancel your course or service purchase at any time before the course begins or before the service is rendered. However, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- For Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, etc.):
- You can cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 48 hours, no refunds will be provided for digital products, as access to the course or materials will have been granted immediately.
- For Physical Products (Study Materials, Kits, etc.):
- You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund.
- The product must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged, a refund may not be possible.
- For Subscription Services (Live Classes, Coaching Sessions):
- Subscription services can be canceled before the next billing cycle without penalty. Once a subscription cycle has started, no partial refund will be granted.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to protect both the customer and Lifestyle Training Centre. Refund requests must be made according to the following criteria:
- Refund Eligibility:
- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products (e.g., online courses) are only available if the request is made within 48 hours of the initial purchase, and if no content has been accessed.
- Physical Products: Refunds are only available for unopened and unused products, and the refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Subscription Services: You can request a refund within the first 7 days of the subscription period if no classes have been attended or content accessed.

- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
